Three Minutes of Fame Presentation -
Meet the Canadians/Meet the Americans
This is an entertaining way to introduce yourself to fellow CODA
Conference participants. Present a 3 minute talk, 6 image introduction
to your organization - your most innovative programs, newest events,
your facility, your members’ work, etc. To avoid last minute glitches
the PowerPoint presentation will be professionally assembled. Send your
digital images, include a description, and your logo, to the Alberta
Craft Council at acc@albertacraft.ab.ca or 10186 - 106 Street, Edmonton,
Alberta, Canada T5J 1H4.
(To convert slides or negatives to a digital format ask your local photo
finisher to produce JPEG images and logos at a minimum of 72 dpi and at
least 4"x6".)
The deadline for digital image submissions is Monday May 7, 2007.
Take
advantage of this opportunity to share highlights of your organization’s
programs and facilities with your colleagues and spread the word about
the good work you are doing.
There is a limited
number of of organizations that can participate so it will be on a first
come basis.
This participant
presented PowerPoint presentation provides a special opportunity for
conference attendees to benefit from one of the most important aspects
of the CODA Conference--learning and sharing with your colleagues in the
craft field. Conference participants are being asked to limit their
presentations to the newest and most innovative programs or activities
of their organizations. The format will serve to spark some interesting
conversations throughout the weekend. |
