CODA Leadership Conference

Scholarships:
This year we have a limited number of $300 scholarships for registration fees available to first time attendees or to bring a second person from their organization to the CODA Conference.
The deadline for receipt of scholarship applications is March 25, 2011. Notification will be sent via email by April 1.
Criteria for scholarships:
• Must be a current member of CODA
• Only one scholarship per organization, association, or business will be awarded
• Must be a first time attendee of the CODA Conference
• Completed Conference Registration Form and a check for remaining fees (check will be held until scholarships are awarded.)
• Scholarship applicants are requested to include a one page narrative briefly stating:
1. why you want to attend the 2011 CODA Leadership Conference
2. why you need the scholarship
3. what is your connection to craft or what connection do you hope to make
4. what you hope to learn from the conference
5. what you hope to do with the information and contacts you make
• Scholarship recipients are encouraged to complete the evaluation form at the end of the conference. The form will be provided at registration. This information is critical to our success, final reports and future planning.
