From the woods and mountains to the ocean, Maine is home to a large number of accomplished craft artists and world renowned craft institutions. You don’t want to miss this exciting post-conference tour.
8:00am Depart from Eastland Hotel to Center for Maine Craft
Center for Maine Craft, Maine Native basketmakers demonstrations with continental breakfast and shopping
Center for Furniture Craftsmanship-gallery and tour
Rockland, Maine boat tour and lunch on the Motor Vessel Monhegan including lobster/clam bake outside and undercover places on boat, see lighthouses, sea mammals, birds, pretty coast, other boats, 1.5 hour on the 200 capacity boat.
*Lunch: lobster, clams, corn, slaw, roll, drink dessert and on board cash bar
